Q: I saw a pair of your flip flops I like, but instead of a heart rhinestone, I would like something different. Can I get a different buckle instead?
A: Of course!!! I can custom create anything you want. Rhinestone buckles come in either heart, circle, or square.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order:
A: All orders can take up to one week to be shipped. Alot of my items are made to order so I need a few days to make.
Q: I really love your bridal flip flops, but it seems like alot of money to spend on something you wear once.
A: For bridal orders you actually can get two for the price of one. If you return your shoes to me within 3 months of your wedding, I will redecorate them in the colors of your choice so you can wear them for years to come - NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes! Tell me the type of occasion (birthday, wedding, etc) and it will arrive ready to go.
Q: What is your return policy, if any?
A: When your item arrives, if you are not satisfied with it (within reason), I will be happy to work with you to rectify the problem, or refund your money for "unworn" items if returned within 2 weeks of your receipt.
Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple orders?
A. Yes. If you order two or more pairs of flip flops (in the same order), I will offer a 25% discount on the third pair. Also, I am happy to give a combined shipping rate for orders more than two items.
